Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us immediately (but in no more than 10 days) if you receive an item that is damaged or defective. We will request photos of the damaged/defective items. We will replace it at no cost to you if it is available. If not available, we will issue a refund for the item. We will also issue a refund for the shipping cost if it was a single item order.
Returns and Exchanges for Undamaged Items
We will accept unused/unworn items for return or exchange within 30 days for a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in the same condition as received - new, unused/unworn and with original tags. Contact us, and we will send you a return label via email or SMS. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a credit for the return less the restocking fee, and send you an invoice for the replacement item (if applicable).
