Directions for Cheese Ball: Combine all ingredients in large package with 16 ounces of softened cream cheese. Add 1 can (13 oz) DRAINED, crushed pineapple and mix well. Refrigerate for about one hour in order for product to harden enough to form a ball. Remove from frig, WET HANDS, and shape into a ball or into two logs. Garnish with packet provided OR with other as shown, depending on the look that you want.
This creation was featured in the recent SOUTHERN HOLIDAY LIFE MAGAZINE and the editors suggested that it be used as a spread on deli sandwiches.
